License: Limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to host Swingpunch QR workouts at approved locations.
Fees: One-time setup + monthly license fee.
IP: All content, workouts, logos, and trademarks remain the property of Swingpunch.
Confidentiality: Partner agrees not to disclose or distribute Swingpunch content or systems.
Termination: Swingpunch may terminate upon breach; partner must remove QR stations and cease use of IP.
