This license allows rebranding and resale to end users only.

2. Intellectual Property

All IP rights remain the property of the Licensor. Licensee may not claim copyright over the source templates.

3. Restrictions

The Licensee agrees not to:

• Resell the original system as a resale license
• Distribute the unedited source code publicly
• Falsely claim authorship of the original framework

4. Term & Termination

This license is valid indefinitely unless terms are violated. Licensor may revoke access if misuse is detected.

5. Fees & Payment
